    Time to get the kids up and moving! Get ready to run, jump, change directions to challenge your inner athlete. For this class you will need towels or cones. All ages and levels welcome!

  • HIIT - Upper Body Burnout with Matt

    Body Weight Upper Body Burnout with an emphasis on chest, shoulders and triceps while working on shoulder stability and core stabilization you’ll get a 30 minute upper body pump!  

  • HIIT - Conditioning with Andrew

    Get your heart rate up with this 30 min. conditioning session that focuses on speed and agility. Have a prop to help you with spacing - cone, towel, book, etc.

  • HIIT - Full Body with Jeffrey

    Get ready for a jam packed 45 minute Full Body HIIT workout, targeting both you upper/lower body, and core. So, grab a set a weights and let’s party!

  • HIIT - Full Body with Morgan

    Full Body Circuit with the use of weights to add the extra resistance! Get ready to build up your heart rate and also find the strength.

  • HIIT - Next Level Ass + Abs with Reggie

    Time to take Ass and Abs to the next level with this lower body focused, strength-based class. Get out those heavy weights and bands, time to build some muscle! All movements can be done without equipment.

  • HIIT - Full Body with Gen King

    Grab your towel and double knot your laces, this camp2Go is focused on high power output structured to push your limits. Do not fear though theres plenty of opportunity to takes things at your own pace! LFG, I cant wait.

  • HIIT - Full Body Express with Matt

    30 Minute Full Body Circuit HIT Workout: Different strength blocks focusing on upper and lower body, a conditioning EMOM and tabata block and an ab burnout! No weights or equipment needed.

  • HIIT - Full Body with Reggie

    Bodyweight Burnout where you'll move through plyometric movements to get your heart rate up and moments of slow and more controlled movements to build your strength!

  • All Ass with Nick

    Get ready for some booty work! Grab a band and prepare for some timed intervals, tabata intervals, and some amraps in this ass-focused class.

  • Full Body Conditioning with Bryan

    Bodyweight workout focuses on cardiovascular endurance, speed, agility, and explosive strength. Test your limits while keeping your heart rate elevated!

  • HIIT - EMOMs with Alyssa

    This workout split into 3 sections including upper, lower, and full body will be all EMOMS, which challenge you to complete an exercise for a certain number of reps in less than 60 seconds.

  • HIIT - Upper Body Burnout with Sam

    This workout is one that is designed to efficiently blast the upper body and core using minimal equipment. Low rest times and supersetted movements are used to promote the constant burn throughout the whole workout. Be challenged with AMRAPS, EMOMS, and more.

  • HIIT - Agility with Andrew

    Agility session with a focus on footwork and change of direction. Minimal equipment required!

  • HIIT - Core Express with Reggie

    This 25-minute express workout is designed to target your core will be sure to leave those abs burning and you feeling accomplished.

  • HIIT - All Ass with Reggie Pt. 2

    "All ass" Express focusing on legs + glutes that you can knock out in 20 minutes. Bands and weights aren’t required, but encouraged for a little extra push!

  • HIIT - Lower Body Express with Morgan

    Bands to make them dance. This 25 min express booty and core focused workout only needs you, and an exercise bands with some of your favorite tunes! No band? No problem! Let’s get it!
